ファッション業界の電話対応にはどれくらいの英語力が必要でしょうか？
レベル的に見ると初級の上～中級の下レベル、すなわち日常的会話ができれば基本的な電話でのやり取りはできると思います。

Receptionist: Crucciato, How can I help you?

Customer: Yes, I have an appointment with Mr. Colin at 2pm. Could you tell me how to get there from Ikebukuro station?
（はい、本日2時にコリン様と予約があります。池袋からの行き方を教えていただけますでしょうか。
Receptionist: Sure, Please go to west exit. When you get out from the station, you will see McDonald on the right side. Please go strait and you will see Marui department store on the left at the next intersection. Make a left and you will see Kinko on the right side. Our office is on the 5th floor of the building.
（承知しました。では、西口へ向かってください。駅から出ましたら右側にマクドナルドがあります。そこをまっすぐ進んでいただくと次の交差点で丸井デパートが左手に見えます。そこを左折すると右側にKINKOがあります。弊社はそのビルの5階になります。）
Customer: Okay, how long does it take from the west exit?
（分かりました。西口からは何分ほどかかりますか？）
Receptionist: Oh, it’s only about three minutes walk.
（徒歩3分ほどです）
Customer: Thank you so much! I will be there in about ten minutes.
（ありがとうございます！10分ほどで到着します）
Receptionist: We will be waiting for your arrival.
